Boring Tools
Boring, that is making holes, is one of the basic elements of woodworking. There are lots of ways to bore a hole, whether you use an electric drill, a hand drill, a brace & bit, basic gimlets, or another even more obscure means. For woodworking, the most common solution for boring holes is to use a brad point bit for smaller holes, or a forstner bit for larger holes, both of which can be used in an electric hand drill or a drill press.
