None of our knives are mass produced knives that you will find in the big box stores. We try to focus on niche knife lines that will appeal to connoisseurs, at every price point. Our Sabatier French knives made by Thiers-Issard, are tradition French knives, offered in both carbon and stainless steel. The Perceval line of knives are competing with the Japanese masters to be the very finest chef's knives made, bar none. Of couse we also offer knives from the Japanese masters. Filling this out, we offer various other lines that we feel are special in their own way. There is not a single knife that we sell that all of us here at The Best Things wouldn't be happy to use in our homes.
